I rarely write reviews, but thought I should write one for Brian for his excellent skills in negotiations. He helped me purchased a rental home that just came up in the market. Brian worked very closely with the seller to eliminate other buyers and closed the offer within 10 days. He was also able to get the seller to reduce the price due to his expert knowledge in real estate. I owed Brian for getting me a great home at a great price.
